About the Role:

As the Enquiries Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our student recruitment efforts. You'll lead a dedicated team responsible for responding to prospective enquiries, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do:

• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team to deliver outstanding service to prospective students
• Oversee the timely and accurate response to enquiries via email, live chat, and phone, helping to shape the first impression of our university
• Dive into the data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure seamless coordination of events, auditions, and enrolment processes
• Champion our commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that every prospective student feels valued and supported throughout their journey
