Job description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 10 years of experience in sales with PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
  • Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
  • Experience selling cloud technology to public sector clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software.
  • Experience leveraging C-level relationships with CIO, CMO, CEO, and CFO executives to promote software.
  • Experience with large, complex, commercial and legal business agreements, working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage entire complex business cycle, often presenting to C-level executives.
  • Lead the overall account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google partners to maximize business results and open up opportunities.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading the customer through the entire business cycle.
