Salary One of our banking clients is looking for an Enterprise Architect for a long term contract
Enterprise Architect - £650/day inside IR35
6+ months contract
Sheffield - hybrid remote
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience of building scaled solutions with the consideration of quality attributes as a primary rather than secondary consideration
* Identify key system architecture components, propose and help teams build solutions that unblock deployments.
* Ability to interact at executive level within the business as well as Technology is critical to the success of this role
* Capability to influence and champion new ideas and technical direction within the organization
* An excellent communicator with ability to translate strategies, planned and managed approaches, methods and tools and operational plans globally.
* Excellent stakeholder management - deliver a highly effective cross-functional leadership across diverse populations, regions and markets globally building strong working, effective stakeholder relationships and engagement across all teams.
* Excellent Leadership and Teamwork - educate, inspire, motivate and mentor teams, creating a sense of community amongst the disparate members of the technical areas
* Demonstrates strong resilience and tenacity with highly effective influencing, persuading and negotiating skills.
* Accustomed to managing a high level of ambiguity across geographies, markets, products and services and delivering clear decisions and direction
