Enterprise Change Coordinator

General Dynamics Land Systems is on the look-out for a full-time Enterprise Change Administrator to join our established Team. The successful and inclusive candidate will earn a favourable salary of £32,800 to £41,000 based on experience and potential. This is an ideal role for someone who has a proactive and positive mindset and a keen desire to grow professionally.
Joining an established team based at our Oakdale ( South Wales ) facility, you will work across a range of stakeholders that will require close liaison and co-operation with the engineering and integration subject matter experts and the platform, manufacturing & domain expertise residing in the wider GD businesses.
If you were already working in this position, this is what you would have been working on this week:

• Act as the engineering focal point for platform specific engineering changes.
• Records management on the SV programme .
• Providing advice and guidance on SV data management processes and procedures.
• Maintain groups and file-plans for GDUK & External parties on SV SDE
• Participate when required at the Joint Change Control Boards
• Progress Engineering Change Requests through the change process and where necessary manage/escalate blocking issues to your Direct report.
• Prepare material for internal and external engineering progress reviews.
• Act as the conduit for information flows between relevant departments, to build effective relations with staff to ensure compliance with the documentation process.
• Administrative support for CM/DM, DRACAS, Codification & Service desk.
