Were looking for someone to lead the development of the Society’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) along with the associated standards and guidance.
This person has remained up to date with regulatory guidance on Enterprise Risk, so can ensure that the Society operates best practice.
Initial requirements are to assess the ‘as is’ model and develop a strategy for enhancing and relaunching the framework.
The role would suit someone who can lead this activity for the Enterprise Risk Team, and work with colleagues to design, implement and communicate framework improvements to the wider business.

About you
You’ll bring significant relevant experience of working in a Risk function at a senior level and its imperative your experience is within the financial services sector.
You will be a credible leader, able to influence and persuade senior leaders across all areas of the business and external.
With an enterprise-wide outlook, you’ll understand both external and internal environments.
You’ll be professionally qualified in a risk or related discipline.
