Your creative thinking and solid experience with SEN will be invaluable as you lead small group sessions, support pupils on a 1-1 basis, and enhance the overall learning environment. Possessing strong behaviour management skills and TA qualifications (or equivalent), you're comfortable working across all age groups and ready to jump into the thick of things from 8.30 am to 4 pm.
