Our excellent client in Ross-on-Wye is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly, growing team on a full-time, permanent basis as they experience strong and steady growth.
No office experience required for this role, as full, thorough training and ongoing support in your role will be provided, as well as free parking, yearly salary increases, team social events and more!
Responsibilities
-Administration and paperwork
-Update office system with notes relating to queries and customers
-Keep system up to date with any new information and orders
-Taking and making phone calls when necessary
-Assisting with queries and answering effectively, directing elsewhere when appropriate
-Any other ad-hoc duties to support the business and team
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (1hr lunch)
Salary: £11.50 per hour starting salary (to rise after 6 months) plus company benefits including 25 days holiday on top of bank holidays.
