At Family First Professionals we are growing rapidly, day by day and we're now looking for even more people to join our fun dynamic, family oriented team in Cardiff.
We focus on face to face sales through events, B2B and residential sales campaigns. By meeting potential customers directly, it allows our representatives to develop a rapport, provide real-time answers to queries and provide visual demonstrations and product samples.
We work with some of the biggest and most prestigious clients throughout the charity fundraising industry, who are well known across the UK and worldwide.
Because of this, there is a great chance to travel across the UK, USA, and New Zealand, where Family First Professionals originated.
Role description:
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service
- Tailor to customer and client needs
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets & KPIs
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Contribute to our various residential and B2B sales campaigns
- To recommend our client's services based on needs of our customers
- Assist in sales completion and lead generation
- Reach targets & goals set by your manager
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service
- Answer queries and questions on behalf of our clients
- Handling all customer queries and questions

Our representatives will receive industry leading on-the-job training as well as extensive in-house training to really ensure our team feels confident when customer-facing to get you prepared and ready to head out and start your career.

Interview process
We hold two stages of interview, the first being a screening interview by telephone. This allows us to cover some more detail on the role but ultimately get to know you a little better and find out a bit more about your current situation, what kind of direction and role you are looking to move into and what you are looking to achieve in your next role.
The second stage is a more formal and thorough interview with one of our Business and Recruitment managers where they will run through the progression opportunities, a bit more about our campaigns and clients and the day to day of the role.
