- THE ROLE -

The Environmental Controls Engineer is responsible to the Head of Estates Customer Services – Greater Belfast – to provide and maintain a comfortable environment for students, staff and visitors utilising building controls systems and to define, develop, monitor and report on operational performance metrics to ensure a quality environment and energy efficient operations.

- ABOUT YOU -

• Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Have experience in a management role relating to estates engineering services operating across a significant estate
• Have experience of managing Building Management Systems on a large complex estate
