Your new role
As a Project Manager within our City Deals Estates Team, you will be responsible for the management of a wide range of construction-related projects from inception to completion and occupation, ensuring each project’s University, Faculty, Department and Estates objectives are met and ensuring each project is completed within agreed constraints of quality, cost and time.
- ABOUT YOU -
- Educated to degree level in a Construction related discipline.
- Have significant project management experience on a variety of construction and non-construction projects, including at least one project with a value in excess of £7m construction value.
- Have experience of project brief and design development, from initial conception, with internal & external stakeholders.
