Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and eager to make a positive impact in large-scale projects? We are currently seeking an Environmental Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Birmingham.
The Environmental Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Assisting in ensuring compliance with Construction Code of Practice and other Environmental Works information.
* Supporting the development and implementation of EMS documentation and systems.
* Assisting in managing Environmental Opportunities and Risks, and contributing to environmental reporting.
* Collaborating with project teams to develop comprehensive processes and site mitigation measures for various environmental aspects.
The Environmental Coordinator will have:
* Understanding of environmental legislation and principles of environmental management systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a tenacity to see tasks through to completion.
* Desirable: Previous involvement in addressing environmental issues within a work environment.
* Membership in an environmental professional body is advantageous.
