Position: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Trainer (or EDI) – Behavioural Change
Hours: Part-time (28 hours/or 4 days a week) 
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract 
Location: Office-based in London, N4 with flexibility to work remotely 
Salary: £28,521.60 - £32,346 per annum (FTE £35,652 - £40,545) plus excellent benefits 
Salary Band: Band E2

About this Job

Are you passionate about helping organisations to improve their culture through EDI training and awareness raising?

This organisation is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join their EDI team. This is a new role that aims to support the co-creation of a sustainable EDI training solution that delivers the charity's ambitious strategic plans for improving their working and volunteering culture. 

The training will also support Behavioural Change in both of these communities. Through the creation of safe, brave spaces, you will be raising the awareness and knowledge of EDI related topics for both staff and volunteers.

You will be pivotal in helping to design, deliver and evaluate a training offer which meets the organisation's EDI training needs. In addition, your expertise will support other training programmes associated with Behavioural Change

As a result, this charity's colleagues and volunteers will grow in confidence by equipping them with the tools to be active allies. You will build knowledge and awareness to support this organisation's ambitions to create a fully inclusive culture.

To be successful in this role you will bring a wealth of industry experience including; expert knowledge of organisational development and EDI best practice along with examples of developing co- created learning solutions.

This activity will involve rolling out training solutions to scale and geographical dispersed individuals so you should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and be solutions focused. Project management experience would be advantageous for this role.

Please note this is a part-time role 28 hours/or 4 days a week. And this is a fixed term contract for 12 months, which is expected to commence in August 2024.
