About the Role
Join us as an Apprentice at Morgan Stanley and work alongside industry experts gaining valuable on the job training, whilst working towards your qualification. Our Apprenticeship is all about giving you the foundations to kick start your career in a supportive environment, where you can make valuable contributions from the outset and develop both personally & professionally! Our Research Creative Suite Team is an integral part of the Research Department. They oversee the professional production of Research product, like the in-depth analysis of markets, while adding creative flair, original design and layout ideas, within the framework of the corporate branding guidelines. The team are also part of the wider Global Research Marketing team, responsible for promoting and enhancing Research products. They create marketing campaigns, managing them from start to finish. We're looking for a curious and driven Apprentice who is passionate about marketing and multimedia content. This is a great role if you enjoy learning in a variety of areas including design, data & analytics, marketing and podcast & video production.
A typical day
- Schedule, record and assist with podcast/video production in in-house studio
- Organise and help produce audio adverts for our video or podcasts series
- Liaise with offshore editing team to ensure production of high-quality video and audio content
- Regularly participate in brainstorming sessions with wider team to capture new ideas
- Provide video production support at Research conferences
- Create and maintain collection pages on our research portal to promote research, multimedia content, events, and key themes
- Develop core skills required to create bespoke, on-brand email campaigns for teams to use to promote research to clients
- Produce marketing materials, such as posters and invitations
- Maintain the data dashboard to help analyse marketing efforts, gain insights and report back to Analyst teams
- Work with offshore teams to gather campaign analytics
- Help to identify opportunities to promote products and co-ordinate those campaigns from start to finish
- Provide support with the production, coordination and layout of research reports and conference documents
- Assist with team admin including maintaining various shared logs, folders and Production Twiki site
You must have
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
- Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent) in a subject related to technology, data or business
- Three A levels at grades A*-C (or 240 UCAS points or new tariff equivalent)
