Financial Controller, Video Production Studio, London

We are looking for a strategic and hands on Finance Controller to lead the financial operations of this cutting edge Production Studio. The studio is the epicentre of creativity, driving thought leadership and innovation through the medium of video podcasting.

The ideal candidate will have previous finance experience from a creative start up business. It would be perfect if you have previously been the first finance hire in the business and moved the company from an external supplier to an inhouse finance function. You will have the ability to drive financial performance and efficiency whilst being hands on with the day to day management of the companies financials.

Areas of responsibilities include:

• Day to day financial operations
• Management of all financial reporting
• Assist with strategy and planning
• Work with departments to create budgets and financial planning

The successful candidate will have previous finance experience in a creative start up business along with a recognised qualification (ACCA, CIMA). You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and be comfortable in a fluid, fast paced, growing business.

Office based Mon - Thursday. Work from home on Fridays.
