Our client, a London-based broker and market maker, is urgently seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join their busy team on a permanent basis, with the role paying within £70,000 - £80,000 per annum.  This is an exciting hands on opportunity for an experienced candidate with treasury experience that will help develop and grow out this aspect of their business.

Essential requirements are:
Treasury mangagment  specificaly covering liquidity, cash management, cash flow & strategy planning.
Strong understanding of the FCA reporting requirements and FCA regulations. 
Exposure in dealing with overseas parent reporting and/or overseas subsidiaries.
Solid financial reporting experience, including IFRS accounting standards, accounting for derivatives. 
Previous experience of management accounts production & variance analysis. 
Knowledge of corporation tax, VAT, and transfer pricing. 
Advanced Excel (including Macros) is necessary
MUST be a qualified accountant (ACA, FCCA, ACCA, or CIMA)  
Also holding the ACT (Treasury) qualification would be highly-desirable. 
Previous experience managing staff would be of benefit, but this role is not currently a line management position
