To grow our capabilities, we need skilled Treasury Change Managers to support a large multiyear change portfolio across Treasury. We are highly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience within Treasury Front Office functions or across Treasury and Markets change.
Day to day you’ll be:
- A trusted advisor and advocate for Treasury in relation to change impacting the Markets, Finance and Risk architecture (Trade execution, Valuations and Risk management).
- Representing Treasury in a variety of forums and product backlog discussions, simplifying complexity and ambiguity into tangible actions.
- A role model for Agile behaviours within the team and Treasury more widely.
- Collaborating to deliver optimum outcomes for Treasury with a wide range of colleagues across the bank, including multiple functions and levels of seniority, while appreciating the wider strategic priorities of the bank.
- Maintaining and enhancing Treasury, Change, Systems and Industry knowledge through constant in role learning.
- Independently running ad-hoc analysis to support change initiatives for Treasury, with support and guidance provided where required.
- Testing of prototyped solutions to ensure they meet the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on generating value for the business early.
About us
If you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong. We’re an innovative, fast-changing business that’s shaping finance as a force for good. A bank that’s empowering its people to innovate, explore possibilities and grow with purpose.
What you’ll need
- Knowledge of front to back Treasury execution, the interactions between different areas of Treasury and their support functions.
- Strong understanding of business drivers for Treasury from a Capital, Funding and Risk Management perspective.
- Awareness of the regulatory regimes by which banks are governed and appropriate risk tolerances of regulated entities.
- The ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, often with competing priorities, influencing and advocating to obtain the right outcome for the bank as a whole.
- We are particularly interested to hear from individuals who have experience in secured and unsecured issuance, prudential liquidity management, derivative execution or balance sheet management within a Treasury function.
