Overview

A global Treasury Solutions company is seeking a Treasury Solutions Manager to join their team based in Central London. If you have extensive experience within treasury coupled with strong team management and a consulting background, then this role provides a great opportunity to join a well-established growing business in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the oversight of daily treasury operations including cash positioning and risk management

• Oversee and advise on initiatives to drive new business with existing and prospective clients

• Lead a team of Treasury Consultants to ensure the successful delivery of treasury projects on time

• Work with technology providers to automate key treasury processes ensuring the safeguarding of client finances while improving efficiency

• Coach junior members of staff on engagements and best practice treasury operations to increase overall capabilities of the team

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience working within treasury ideally on transformation projects

• Extensive team leadership experience within a treasury function

• Strong client management and business development skills

• A developed understanding of technology and the ability to implement solutions to increase efficiency and improve Treasury Solutions

• A logical thinker with an intellectual curiosity to advise on complex Treasury Solutions
