Your new role
As a Financial Controller, you will oversee both the financial and management accounting parts of the business, handling 3 highly-confidential projects.
You will need to be well-versed at Real Estate finance, tax as well as modelling cash flows on Excel.
What you'll need to succeed
Fully qualified accountant with Real Estate or Property Experience
Advanced Excel - having forecasted cash flows and created models from scratch
Experience with liquidities and funds as well as managing a portfolio
