SalaryMy client is one of the leading brands in the London tourist circuit. At present they are looking to recruit a high calibre Financial Controller to support them through a busy period whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
Reporting in to the Head of Finance, key responsibilities will include:
Oversee the timely and efficient production of the financial accounts, including balance sheet accounts, journals, project accounting, intercompany transactions and VAT
Ensure the smooth delivering of the financial transaction processing to ensure robust monthly financial controls are in place
Drive strong financial control and advocate financial priorities to the business.
Develop and manage a team of 6, ensuring a high performing and well motivated culture
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record in delivering high quality financial accounting. Ideally coming from a charity or wider not-for-profit background, you will be technically strong and happy to roll up your sleeves where required. Empathetic with an engaging and coaching management style.
This role has been assessed as inside of IR35 with a c.2 days a week office policy.
