ER Advisor

HR / ER AdvisorPermanent£40,000 - £48,000 Leeds or Manchester +benefits + bonus Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a professional services firm in the hire of an ER Advisor. This role is a permanent position and can be based in Birmingham, Leeds, or Manchester. Our client has multiple locations across the UK and will sit as part of the wider HR / ER team on providing employee relations support and guidance to the business. The ER team, deal with all HR queries and people queries across the business - spanning performance management, long term sickness and grievances. In this role, the ER Advisor will be responsible for the ER inbox covering daily tasks on a weekly basis, this is on a rotation basis with the rest of the team. As well as this you will be responsible for all HR related queries across performance management, long term sickness, grievances, and redundancy processes. You will work as part of a team (5) and provide support across the whole of the UK and Ireland business. We are looking for a proven employee relations professional who has worked in a HR Advisory team or shared service function and used to dealing with high volumes of employee relations cases. You will be required to look after administration in this role as well as case work and be part of the team to deliver on this.
