Er Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Employee Relations specialist with a passion for supporting line managers and employees? Our client is seeking an ER Advisor to join their team on either a full or part time basis.

As an ER Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing full HR Employment Relations advice to employees and line managers. You will be responsible for upskilling line managers in people-related activities, guiding them through complex employment relations issues and managing cases such as investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances. Working alongside the leadership team, you will contribute to driving cultural change and creating a workplace that thrives on innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive HR Employment Relations advice to employees and line managers.
• Upskill line managers in people-related activities.
• Guide managers and employees through HR processes for complex employment relations issues.
• Manage case management including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
• Ensure effective management of people records in compliance with GDPR, Privacy, and Data Retention Policies.
• Drive cultural change alongside the leadership team.
• Stay updated with the latest legislative changes through continuous professional development.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Ability to manage high volumes and work under pressure.
