Liberty RecruitmentGroup are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our Client to help them gain an HR Advisor. This is afull-time permanent role based in Chichester.
This is an exciting and varied role reporting into a fabulous HR Manager. Some your duties as an HR Advisor will include:
- Providing first-line support and guidance to line managers and colleagues on a variety of queries relating to HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting and advising line managers prior to and during investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
- Supporting line managers with long term absence by providing guidance relating to reasonable adjustments.
- Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and planning.
- Supporting the People function by organising wellbeing, training and engagement activities.
You will preferably come from a manufacturing or similar background as you will need to understand the varied working dynamics.
You will be resilient, have first-class communication skills and be used to working with a “hands on” approach.
You will be CIPD qualified or come with proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
Salary is up to £40k, depending upon experience. Some of the benefits are 25 days holiday, 5% bonus and free on-site parking.
