About the Role: As an HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR services to our workforce. Collaborating with our HR Business Partner, you'll provide expert advice and support to people leaders, ensuring our employees receive the best possible HR guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the go–to person for HR–related queries, providing valuable advice and support to our employees.
- Lead weekly meetings with people managers to address HR matters and drive improvement initiatives.
- Champion employee wellbeing initiatives and contribute to creating a positive work culture.
- Manage end–to–end employee relations cases, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee the leavers process and assist with recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, UK employment law, and best practices.
- Passion for driving continuous improvement and embracing digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in a unionized environment and HR project management is a plus.
