Position:HR Advisor

Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance on a range of issues, including employee relations, recruitment, and policy interpretation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer advice and solutions on HR matters in line with organisational policies and legislation.
- Respond to online enquiries and assist with recruitment processes.
- Contribute to the development of HR documentation and practices.
- Management of ER casework (Strong knowledge required)
- Managing the full employee lifecycle
- Genralist role
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 11 months
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
