Job Title: ER and Engagement Manager
Salary: £45,000
Location: Hybrid
Contract: 6-month contract, full-time, 5 days a week
Prospectus is delighted to be working with a London based charity who are looking to add an ER and Engagement Manager to their team, and it could be you!
This role is critical for the organisation to manage the end-to-end employee relations cases covering the entire Charity. This role will work extensively with all levels of management hierarchy to advise and support on effective employee relations in accordance with employment law and best practise. The Employee Relations and Engagement Manager will need to stay alert to organisational and operational changes to identify potential employee relations risks and develop plans collaboratively with line management to address them proactively.
You will have solid experience of Employee Relations and be comfortable picking up ER cases from day 1. This role will suit a people person who wants to help make a positive impact. You will have a track record of success in managing people related activities. You will have experience developing professional relationships at all levels. You will have a strong understanding of policies and procedures.
