The Company
Firmly entrenched as a key supplier into the global manufacturing industry, this successful and growing business has an enviable list of clients across a wide range of sectors including; Automotive, Aerospace, Off-Highway and Rail to name but a few. With a period of growth and continuous improvement focus, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced NAV ERP / MRP System Specialist to become a key part of their highly capable team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the ERP / MRP System Specialist will be responsible for the interrogation, control and development of the companies ERP system Microsoft NAV. You will be the gatekeeper and authority in house for all NAV ERP based activity and be the hands on lead day to day for all system interaction across the business.
You will lead activities such as the BOM creation, PCR development and interrogate and analyse all incoming data and requests to make certain they are accurate, detailed and robust. You will develop and manage the system and be the technical expert for anything NAV based to ensure accuracy and conformance.
The Person
With a proven background in in ERP / MRP system use and leadership, you will be a technical authority for the company and its NAV system. Experience of a manufacturing / production environment would be highly advantageous as would knowledge of a leading ERP system such as NAV or SAP. You will be detail driven and meticulous in your interrogation and ownership of data and be the go to person for the system.
