ERP/HCM RBAC Specialist

The ERP and HCM RBAC (Role based access control) Specialist roles will work as part of the Oracle Finance and HR system programme and will be responsible for analysing the current ERP or HCM RBAC solution, identifying problem areas and defining solutions. As well as be responsible for the ERP or HCM RBAC solution design and architecture for the oracle reimplementation project, aligning functional, technical, integration, reporting and data requirements.

• Analysis of the current RBAC process and configuration to determine issues and define solutions in liaison with the current BAU operational teams and business
• Support the delivery of the ERP or HCM RBAC for the Oracle implementation, this will include:
• Feeding into playbacks / prototyping session providing design advise and assurance
• Aligning the RBAC design with reports, integrations and PaaS solutions to ensure RBAC functions end-to-end
• Working with the business transformation and change teams to align business process change and guidance
• Working with other functional consultants across the Programme to ensure the design of the solution will work end-to-end
• Input into scope and design of training materials and advise on training delivery
• Input into the scope and design of testing materials and support testing where required
• Production of the final definition of users to roles and corresponding data requirements prior to transition

Extensive experience working as an ERP RBAC or HCM RBAC Specialist in organisations implementing and/or running Oracle Cloud applications, preferably working within a large Local Authority or with a private sector organisation providing Public Sector Services.
