This Role

This role is key to creating a more sustainable business. Making sure we reduce our environmental footprint while protecting workers rights across our global supply chain. Ensuring we take responsibility for the impact our business has on pets, people and the planet - to influence them in a positive way.

What you need to deliver

• Support the development and implementation of the Sustainability Strategy

• Deliver the carbon reduction plan (across scope 1-3 emissions)

• Help facilitate the roll-out of the Supplier Code of Conduct, and lead the Continuous Improvement Plan

• Co-build a plan that lends to Ecosystem Restoration

• Manage the Plastic Neutral initiative

• Oversee our Charitable Giving spend

• Establish and embed Better Business governance
