ESOL & BASIC SKILLS TRAINERS/SUPPORT-TRAINERS

Community Systems are seeking Qualified (or Working Towards) Full & Part-Time Trainers to join our dedicated team here at our Woolwich (Greenwich) Site.

You will be based in Site in Woolwich. Previous experience (within the unemployed environment) would be desirable; however, the right person with the right attitude is more important! The ideal applicant must have the desire to help and support our Learners whilst working within our small but vibrant teams. You will be looking after groups of individuals within a target orientated environment, whilst being supported by your manager and team members.

The successful applicant will be expected to work towards the company targets determined by the requirements of our external contracts and the CIF. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also have experience in the design and delivery of training to our adult candidates, the ability to communicate well with customers of all levels and ethnic backgrounds whilst holding an awareness & understanding of the workings of the UK job market.

You must have the ability and experience of:

Teamwork/Flexibility/Accomplishment/Targets/Training/Coaching and Solid Organizational Admin Skills with Excellent Customer Service/Motivational/Qualified or working toward it, Confidence and most importantly, be a nice person!

Community Systems Ltd are a Training Provider with over 32 years’ experience of delivering high quality support & results in the world of Employment Training, Qualifications and Adult Guidance. We are looking to recruit new Team Members with an excellent personality, good organisational skills & sound IT skills to Support/Teach & Coach our Esol & Pre-Entry, IT, Basic Skills & Employability Candidates.

Community Systems Role (supported & funded by the government) is to look after people who need support finding their way through their English-Speaking Journey, Life in General and most importantly their Wellbeing. We are fully Accredited by City & Guilds, Government Office, Ofsted & MATAS!

Alongside our Traditional Classroom Training/Coaching, we also deliver our services outside in the fresh air in line with our wellbeing beliefs. We believe and encourage our learners/customers to invest in their life & health; mentally & physically and know outside learning is truly beneficial to everyone as well as classroom-based learning whilst belonging to a team.

Company Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.00PM (Evenings 4.00PM to 8.00PM)

PART TIME: Mornings 9AM-1PM/ Afternoons 1PM-5PM & Evenings 4PM - 8PM (Mon to Thurs) or Mix & Match Considered!

Fulltime: 37.5hrs (within operating hours)
