SalaryEstate Agency Branch Manager / Valuer Kidderminster up to - £28k basic OTE £35k plus uncapped Commission
My client is a highly regarded and established Independent Estate Agent, who are looking for a exceptional Manager/ Valuer that can drive and manage a busy branch in the Kidderminster and surrounding villages in North Worcestershire.
A leading independent agent, are now seeking someone ideally with some local knowledge of The Kidderminster are ideally but not essential to get some great quality instructions onto the market. You would also be managing the team, and managing the day to day issues within the branch.
You must have
- Previous Estate Agency Experience
- Ideally local knowledge although not essential
- A good conversion rate
- Be strong with converting leads into instructions
- Love been out and about as a leading local Estate Agent
The role will include
- Attending local valuations
- Sales Progression
- Managing the team to get the best out of the staff
- Training and development
- Retainment and recruitment of staff
- talking to potential landlords also re rental yields
- Measuring up and doing high quality sales brochures
- Selling the houses to sales Negotiators to get them excited o get viewings etc
- cross selling other departments eg Lettings, Surveying and financial services.
This role could suit a Senior Negotiator or valuer looking for a manager role, or an existing Manager looking for a new direction
