Estate Agency Trainer / Assessor

Role: Estate Agency Trainer / Assessor
Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full time, 6-month FTC
Criteria to apply;
Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 (PTLLS/AET) OR Assessor Award (TAQA/CAVA/A1/D32/D33)
Candidates must have experience of working as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator (within an Estate Agency) with experience of BOTH Property Sales and Lettings (including house valuations).
Happy to work remotely / online and plan own diary.
Happy to deliver and support learners with Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
Duties include:
Deliver engaging training sessions and assess a caseload of remote learners working towards Property Services Apprenticeships.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face-to-face visits only as required
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
