London – branch based with local travel to meet clients at properties
£25,000 + uncapped commission!
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm and every other Saturday 10am-3pm
Must have own car and driving licence
My client, based in London, is looking for an Estate Agent to join their busy friendly team! I am looking for confident people with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, all training is done inhouse for this corporate estate agency. No previous estate agency experience is required.

Duties include:
- Outbound calling to prospective clients
- Booking property valuations into the managers diary
- Booking property viewings into you own diary
- Attending property viewings
- Negotiating offers between the buyer and seller ?
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Managing your time effectively to ensure activity and KPIs are met
Essential criteria:
- Driving licence and own vehicle
- Ability to get your car insured for business use
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Target driven
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Proficient in MS Office
