The Job - Negotiator

Our client is looking for a dual NEGOTIATOR (SALES & LETTINGS) someone who is completely service driven and motivated to win business. 5* service is expected at all times - very much a quality over quantity role.

Duties for the Sales & Lettings Negotiator role:

• Liaise with Vendors, Purchasers, Landlords & Tenants
• Booking & attending viewings
• Booking Market Appraisal appointments (Valuations) for the senior team
• Negotiating to agree sales & lets
• Researching the market to increase market share
• Lead and business generation
• Ensuring a 5* service is given at all times
