Working Shifts: FT hours, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (start date March /April)
Our client are a Sales and Lettings Estate Agency based in Warwickshire, but cover a wide range of counties. Our client prides themselves on their professionalism, high technology and transparency, and are an award winning Estate Agent.
Our client are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Valuer to join their expanding Leamington Spa team.
You will be responsible for valuing all types of properties and generating new valuation leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Valuing all types of properties
- Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
- Generating new valuation leads
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency
- Proven track record in sales and estate agency
- Experience of working within a newly established Estate Agency is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
