Responsibilities:
* Lead & motivate a high performing team of Estate Agents to achieve & exceed sales targets
* Drive the growth & profitability of the branch by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
* Foster a positive & collaborative work environment, ensuring team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless & exceptional customer experience.
* Oversee day to day operations, including property listings, negotiations & closings.
What we need from you as a Branch Manager:
* Proven experience in a leadership Sales role
* Strong leadership & team management skills.
* Excellent communication both verbal and written.
* Results oriented mindset with a track record of achieving & exceeding targets.
