We are one of the UK's longest established Estate Agency's having been founded in 1877 we now require a new SALES PROFESSIONAL to join our team, develop and grow within our business.

We welcome ANYONE that has a proven track record in Estate Agency that wants to work with like mined professionals and learn from a team with over 100 years of combined experience.

On offer is a basic salary of GBP27,500 per annum with OTE commission of GBP12,500 leaving you the realistic opportunity of earning up to GBP40,000.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct all sales valuations- Negotiate and close sales- Obtain conveyancing & mortgage business- Manage a team of two sales negotiators- Produce all property marketing- Manage the branch KPI performance- Ensure all completion targets are achieved- Conduct weekly staff review meetings

Skills:- Proven track record within the Estate Agency sector- Excellent organisational skills- Served a minimum of two years as a lister- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator

This role requires a motivated individual who is passionate about real estate and has the ability to build strong relationships with clients. If you are organized, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

If your application is successful you will conduct a 14 day training programme where one of the company directors will cover every aspect of the business to sharpen your sales skills so that you are fully equipped to succeed within the job.

Your working hours will be 8:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month on a rota basis from 9:30am to 3pm. You will be provided with a half a day of annual leave for every Saturday you work within the calendar month.
