Job description

Are you a Learning and Development specialist ready to take the next step with a great company? Or perhaps an HR practitioner with an interest in focusing more closely on training? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We have an exciting role available within our Learning & Development team to help colleagues at Beyond Housing be the best they can be.

Reporting to and working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, you will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a real passion for learning and development and its transformational potential. You will contribute to the development and delivery of engaging, innovative learning solutions which meet the needs of our diverse teams, helping to create the right culture and environment in which colleagues can learn and grow. In addition to supporting training needs analysis, you will have a strong focus on continuous improvement, and will evaluate the success of training interventions, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of the business and colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Please note the salary for this role does not yet include our April 2023 pay award as we are currently in negotiations with our trade unions.
