Responsibilities

We are seeking a Learning and Development Program Lead for our globally renowned logistics company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing company-wide training programs based on our business strategy, delivering the competencies and leadership our company requires and contributing to the engagement of our employees. Additionally, you will be involved in talent management, leveraging the strengths of our workforce and identifying areas that require skill development.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for training and Development Programs based on our business strategy.
  • Coordinate and implement global training initiatives, ensuring the quality of training.
  • Develop in-house learning content and programs, utilizing the latest educational technology to optimize the learning process.
  • Be involved in the talent management process, identifying high-performing employees and planning for advancements.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, monitor the outcomes of Learning and Development.

 

 

Requirements

Must

  • Experience in planning and delivering training and coaching based on business needs and improving skills of surroundings.
  • Business level of both Japanese (JLPT N1 Level) and English communication skill.
  • Be a role model who has an appetite for personal growth and influences the growth of others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience in Learning and Development and/or talent management, and performance management is desirable.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or higher.
