Description
Strategic Program Leadership:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for early career programs, encompassing internships, apprenticeships, and a global Early Careers program, with a focus on alignment with business priorities and the nuances of the commodities sector.
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation, from conceptualisation to participant graduation and potential full-time employment.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership:
* Act as the primary liaison between the organisation and key external partners, including educational institutions, industry associations, and professional bodies, to enhance program visibility and effectiveness, particularly within the commodities space.
* Engage senior internal stakeholders across global offices to align early career initiatives with regional business needs and talent strategies.
* Performance Management and Analytics:
* Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program success, participant performance, and return on investment, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights.
* Provide leadership and direction in the continuous improvement of program structures, ensuring they remain competitive and responsive to the dynamic needs of the business and the talent market.
* Talent Development and Mentorship:
* Oversee the development of a mentorship and coaching framework within early career programs, ensuring participants receive the guidance and support needed to thrive.

Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent development, acquisition, or HR, with proven leadership in managing comprehensive early career programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in the commodities sector, with a thorough understanding of its talent challenges and opportunities.
- Experience in global program management, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural complexities and align global talent strategies.
