Our Digital Transformation Program Lead will be instrumental in driving this major transformation, which includes multi-stream technical and change programs based on enhanced technology and automation capabilities.

The new joiner will be supported by the Global Head of Digital Client Platforms and collaborate in flexible teams that focus on delivering to our client and local team needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Transformation Program, ensuring that deliverables are on time, within budget and fully integrated in support of the vision. Ensure that risks and dependencies within and outside the scope of the programme are identified and effectively managed.
  • Oversee the performance, plans and activities of our Development delivery partner, ensuring that their workstreams are fully aligned with TMF Group priorities, protocols, and business requirements.
  • Report on programme performance to the Executive Sponsors, Governance Team and other groups as required to support effective governance of the programmes.
  • Oversee benefits capture and reporting processes, taking accountability for the maximisation of benefits from the program.
  • Oversee program resourcing, ensuring there is a clear and agreed plan including resources required from the organisation. Ensure the resource plan is visible, understood and meets the requirements of the program whilst aligning with wider business priorities and plans.
  • Work with relevant Countries and Markets and to ensure full alignment and integration with TMF Group delivery teams
  • Ensure that changes required to business processes, structures, approaches, and ways of working are defined and work with stakeholders to ensure they are implemented and embedded in order to maximise the benefits derived from the program.
  • Some international travel may be required for this role, including overnight stays away from home

  • Contribution to the delivery of TMF Groups’ strategic measures

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience of successfully delivering transformative programs in complex global businesses
  • Understanding of digital technologies and the benefits these offer to our clients, partners and local delivery teams
  • Ability to work with technical specialists to ensure that deliverables are integrated, effective and meet business requirements
  • Strategic awareness – understanding of the changing global marketplace and the opportunities and challenges
  • Ability to articulate a compelling vision in order to engage and secure the support of senior stakeholders and the wider organisation.
  • Strong client orientation and experience of designing and delivering best-in-class customer experience. In-depth understanding of client journeys
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Collaborative, cross-functional working style
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Experience of managing significant relationships with external suppliers
  • Good all-round understanding of TMF Group – our current business model, products, processes and global footprint
