An exciting position has become available for a permanent position as a Branch Manager to join a friendly independent Estate Agency team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to build on your experience, learning new skills whilst becoming part of a company owned by an Employee Ownership Trust.

Applications are invited from either experienced Estate Agency Manager’s, or those looking to step up from their current Estate Agency role.

The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled Estate Agent and will possess strong selling and closing skills. In return, they will receive a competitive salary package which is completely negotiable and the package will be put together on a bespoke basis, which will be commensurate with their skills and experience.

Estate Agent Branch Manager - Overview, Scope & Candidate Requirements:

This is an exciting opportunity for Top Class Estate Agents to develop their career with an established, forward thinking independent Estate Agency. You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in developing your team, winning business and creating opportunity.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

• Full UK driving license
• Have the right to work in the UK

Estate Agent Branch Manager - Remuneration:

Salary package completely negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience.

• £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
• £45,000 - £50,000+ On Target Earnings (uncapped)
