My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years and have built up an impressive reputation. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Manager where you will managing the day to day running of the branch, carrying out valuations and generating new business in order to drive this branch forward. You will be a real go-getter with a positive attitude with a proven record in winning business on valuations. You should be local to the area and have knowledge of the property market and you will currently be working as a Branch Manager in Estate Agency.

Estate Agent Branch Manager Skills Required:

• Estate Agency experience is essential.
• Proven record in business generation and winning new business
• People management skills
• Professionally presented.
• Full UK driving license and car
• Enthusiastic team player.
