The Client:
Our client is a well-established real estate agency providing professional services to clients with a fresh and modern approach.
The Role:
As an Estate Agent, you will liaise with clients, conduct valuations, list properties, and close deals.
Duties:
- Assist in achieving branch targets and winning new business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate natural sales ability, negotiation skills, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential property sales.
- Strong sales track record and industry knowledge.
- Experience in valuations/listings within residential sales (preferable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license required.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9am - 4:30pm
