They are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager who will be managing a professional team and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Alongside staff management which will involve staff training, coaching and performance reviews, you will be generating new Estate Agency business, carrying out valuations and instructing properties to market and driving the business forward.
