Job Specification:
This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners. Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place. Successful candidates will have experience working within an Estate Agents. Remuneration:
The basic salary is up to GBP30,000 (depending on experience) with realistic on target earnings of GBP34,000.
