Estate Agent - Saturday Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Agent Assistant. As an Agent Assistant, you will be responsible for taking incoming phone calls for properties we are marketing, and processing leads for our Estate Agents. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and has excellent organizational skills and has a desire to start a career within estate agency.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and customers professionally and promptly
- Maintain client databases and update records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and what app messages
- Process leads and assign them to our Estate Agents
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a part time position for 6 hours every Saturday, but it could provide the opportunity for overtime during the week too.
