Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Benefits

The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator will have experience as a senior negotiator / sales progressor. This will be a hands on Estate Agency role and the successful applicant will be a key member of the sales team.
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
- Working as a senior member of the team working to achieve branch results.
- Manage sales progression
- Negotiate on offers
- Conduct viewings
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Registering Applicants and attending viewings
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
- Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- To be the Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will need at least 2 years’ experience within the industry, with experience in sales progression ideally
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the sales processes.
- Have strong experience within sales progression
- Confident in supporting staff with training.
- Excellent time management and administration skills.
- You will be well spoken and well presented.
- Keen eye for detail.
