Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for a leading independent Estate Agency brand in Shepherd’s Bush. Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Estate Agent to join their team in Lettings. As an Estate Agent in Lettings, you will play a key role in conducting viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants. They will offer fantastic training and mentoring to ensure development in your property career.
Key Responsibilities as an Estate Agent in Lettings:
- Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to tenancy agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing their queries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the property or real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
