- We are looking for an Estate Agent to join this successful team as Sales Negotiator
- OTE £60,000 pa
- High competitive basic salary and initial guarantee

This role has great earnings and career potential, covering a fascinating and ever popular area of London, selling impressive family houses in garden squares through to beautiful new apartments overlooking the city.
As Sales Negotiator responsibilities will include:
- Being a key part of a highly successful team selling high quality residential properties in Kennington and the surrounding areas from the Oval to London Bridge
- Day-to-day management of buyers and conducting viewings
- Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties
- Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion
- Making sure clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation at all times
- Enjoying the substantial rewards of the many successful property sales at this office
What we are looking for:
- Candidates should have a successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as an Estate Agent
- Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
- The ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients
- Excellent communication skills
- You must have a UK driving licence
- Local knowledge of this area of London would be an advantage but is not essential
