SalaryAs a market leader our client who is an independent Estate Agency enjoy an enviable reputation for integrity and professionalism and are seeking a like minded individual to join their team as a Sales Negotiator at their Docklands, East London office.
You will have Estate Agency experience, with a proven track record and will be passionate about the industry in which you work.
Principle Responsibilities:
Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
Generate and accompany viewing and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
Marketing of properties
Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department
Any ad-hoc duties
Required Skills:
Experience working as a Sales Negotiator
Excellent customer service skills
You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
Proven track record in closing deals
Full clean driving licence and own car
Basic £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
£50,000 realistic OTE 1st year
